Our Vision

My name is Luke. I started in the HVAC industry about 12 years ago. I have worked the mom and pop, I have worked the big corporation. And one thing stood out to me. Price and value never added up properly. You see, the local high reviewed company has high prices , good work quality but shortage of availability. Whereas the big corporation is also high priced but can generally come out same day or next. But the trade-off is unwanted sales pressure and messy contracts with increasing dishonesty from shady salespeople. Lastly, there have been more and more 'popup' contractors offering unrealistic lowball prices with usually one or more significant items missing from the work. A license missing, a job without new materials that doesn't meet current code, a scam.... I wanted to launch something to help bridge the gap.

The goal is to offer the high quality workmanship and experience you would expect from a 5 star local owned business. To offer the availability and service that the large corporation can offer.

But to offer it at a more AFFORDABLE price. I aim to keep the company small and sweet. To keep pricing fair in a world where the cost of living keeps reaching more unsustainable levels.

I was also tired of the old school pressure tactics some other companies employ. I wanted to develop a system in which you, the customer, can call in for information or build a quote all online! No sales appointments, no time off work, no pressure and no games. I wanted to make this process as simple and efficient for you as possible while guiding you and helping answer questions along the way.
